We are seeking
an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will
be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies,
managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.
The role involves analyzing sales data and market trends to identify
opportunities, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior
management. |

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' needs and requirements and work to meet them.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and organize projects to ensure they are
completed on time and according to specifications.
Serve as the liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure
expectations are aligned.
Problem Solving: Handle any client issues or complaints effectively and
promptly.
Provide solutions to problems and work to prevent future issues.
Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance and provide regular
reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for
growth.
Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling to existing clients.
Work towards meeting sales targets and contributing to business
growth.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to
ensure mutual satisfaction.
Ensure all terms are met and maintained throughout the contract
duration.
Client Training and Support: Provide clients with training and support on
products or services.
Ensure clients are fully aware of all features and benefits.
Feedback Collection: Collect and act on client feedback to improve service
delivery.
Implement changes based on feedback to enhance client satisfaction. |
Required Qualifications |
Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. |
Experience |
2-3
years of experience in sales management. |
Skills |
Strong
leadership and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software.and English language |
